Behind John Falls Marshall, Karina Villa, and Julio Cesar Morales being a backwards Eric Habrich?

It's on the front page but there's no back story here like I expected.

For those who don't know the story of Julio Cesar Morales:
This guy climbed the rankings like a madman in 2006, claimed many impossible GOD times for his level, and won several POWs and POMs before he was banned. After he was banned for claiming impossible times and for lack of cooperation with validation, he tried to come back several times with fake new names and with new (and slower) times, sometimes succeeding for a short while.
The names John Falls Marshall and Karina Villa are both fake names. They're just other new fake identities of Julio Cesar Morales. Karina was already banned from the MK64 because of strong suspicion of identity faking. However, now the proof is 100% clear.
I can't give all the details here. Validation issues are always handled privately and not publicly on a messageboard. Julio might continue to try to get back on the site in the future, and we don't want to tell him all the details here of how we catch cheaters. Just take my word, that the proof is 100% indisputable now. Karina Villa is fake. I'm really sorry to tell that to the people who trusted her.

Btw: JC Morales / Karina Villa / John Falls Marshall have nothing to do with Eric Habrich. J x c x b _ S x n s x x didn't mean to suggest that I think, but I just want to clear that up.

While I love the trust given by the MK64 staff, I suppose this shit is bound to happen.  Thankfully I have vids *puts up old one*.  

I'd ask why it wasn't discovered sooner, but obviously the staff isn't out there constantly looking for people with alternate accounts.  Good job to whoever found it though.

It's good to have this cleared up. The absurd bit is that "Karina" actually did contribute a lot to the activity here on the board, in a positive way. One may only wonder what peculiar psychological mechanisms lay behind this kind of behaviour. It doesn't seem like an ordinary case of cheating. I guess I pity this guy.

We've suspected for a long time that Karina is JCM. The action taken was delayed because Michael wanted indisputable proof, and additionally because there's no good way to handle it.
- if we remove him, people will be disappointed (and he will try to come back again)
- if we don't remove him, he would be using multiple identities and affecting the charts. Using a single fake name is fine, but multiple names is not.
- a lot of people like Karina for her personality... (we don't know if that's genuine or a pretend to win the crowd).

You know, for the first time (in a long time, if ever), I completely agree with you. There's a juicy story, which is (generally) fine, but for someone to make up these fake personalities isn't fair to the MK community, not just for those involved with the rankings, but for those on the MB that actually believed she was a legit female person. She did make a lot of positive contributions to the community, but it's not right to keep making up these personalities.

I doubt anyone will ever know the true story of JCM/Brenda/Karina/all the other personalities, but something isn't right with this person.
