But no, I'm afraid it never shrooms by itself. By the way, your the only other person here I know uses the wiimote+nunchuck too.

I also use the wiimote and nunchuck. Concerning the first post, I suffered from this problem too and it was the most annoying thing in the world. However, I had an additional problem where the controls would lock up so I would be stuck turning left with the camera all messed up. It was at the point where the game was virtually unplayable. I tried different wiimotes and new batteries and came to the conclusion that my nunchuck was the problem because when I unplugged the nunchuck from the wiimote and re-attached it, the lock up would be gone. I was about to buy a new nunchuck when , for no apparent reason, the problem magically corrected itself and I haven't had an issue since.

you're right, now it's starting to turn left and look behind by itself, this is so annoying =_=

playing with the wiimote is the most masochist thing a person could do, i want to fuckin destroy it and set on fire nintendo

I had the same problem and it is definately not turning on the Wii while holding the control stick. First was the automatic shrooming but then developed into the turning/camera problem. I wish I knew the source of the problem (I thought it was a faulty nunchuck) but the problem just disappeared one day never to happen again. Maybe, since I was about to buy a new nunchuck, I banged it around some so that could have helped. I also tugged and messed around with the connection area where the nunchuck attaches to the wiimote thinking a faulty connection could be the cause. I don't think that was what fixed it though. Just one day I played and everything was fine. It is a mystery.

I was wondering if high level play in this game would eventually shift in a direction like this; the Wiimote's only real weaknesses that I'm aware of are chain wheelies and possibly sensor difficulties with getting the right type of tricks. Both resolvable with expertise.

And eh, it's an awkward bump, but it's an interesting tidbit of info. It would probably best fit in a General Discussion/Activity thread like MKDS has.
