Are you serious? You make a certian topic, now you ask those same players how to do the start boost? Some nerve Roll Eyes

Anyway, here goes...

Press start as soon as the '2' is fully formed to get the best possible start boost. If you delay it you will still get a boost but it will be slower. I would recommend racing a WR ghost, just to get the timing of the boost down, since it can be hard to tell when you got it perfect.

Not sure what you mean about sliding using a bike. You did select manual right? If so, then it just takes some getting used to the handling of the bikes, they drift differently to the karts. In the future you can save asking a lot of questions here by watching the WR replays.

If you are also doing a wheelie with your boost you have to delay the press a tiny little bit or you'll spin out. If you're not wheeling you can pretty much press it exactly as the light appears and make it. Look at the lights, not the numbers.
