I've unlocked like all of them and beaten like 15. I also went to the very beginning and selected my save file and still nothing. What do I do?

As far as I know that expert staff ghost requirement is right. There are two sets of ghosts on each track. Make sure you have unlocked 12 of the faster ones.

Finally submitted a full sheet though with mostly last place times. Edit: I did, I know I beat like 15 of the expert ones. I also got a kart for unlocking 24 of the expert staff ghosts, yet none for 12. I'm just gonna try doing a GP or something and see what happens. By the way, somebody should update.

Advance Wars Dark Conflict/Days of Ruin also had completely different names and text in the American and European versions.

So for updating people might submit it as DKS, so maybe the parser should be set to read it as both DKSC and DKS.

- off topic-
My best (sic) experience with this kind of translation stuff was with Zelda DS. On US version, you can still play in french (I guess for Canada ?) if your DS is setup so, but there's a mistake in the first puzzle's text (pulling trigger in orders in the cave behind old man's house). Two of the pillars are exchanged in the french text... thus, if you play in french, there is absolutely no way (except being lucky or logically weirdo) to get through the first (!) puzzle !!

I did solve that by deciding to try with english settings (from the beginning, the french texts of this game looked a little strange with some vocabulary I'd never use in everyday's life), and it perfectly worked ! Since then I wonder what kind of drug there is in NOA QA tests' building Grin
