Also, since I think theres no problem of same mii names on ranking, I think everybody using only mkwpp.com will be better.

I was thinking that instead of redirecting to the page, it could be redirect to a special page welcoming and invinting all the players with a brief explanation of the site, and in all possible avaliable languages.

I have to play in 60hz. But that kinda applies with all my games. Isn't it that 60hz is 10 frames faster than 50hz, per second?
