You're doing very well with this, I'd bet your design will make the cut!!!

A couple things now that I wonder about...I think we'd need to ask Alex probably what size/dimensions it should be.

Do you think you could add something on the lower right corner maybe? Like a character that's in opposition to the other three or something...it seems a little off balance to the left right now

BTW You have great photoshop skills.
