I think you're legit, but in the past it was only cheaters who didn't want to follow certain guidelines. And if you filmed with a capture card device, then that doesn't prove anything. No matter what list is followed.

I apologize for being so late on these. . . sadly, Maschell's database went down for around a month and I've only been able to contact him about it just now in order to get the WR downloader code up and running again (it was plaguing me with error codes before)

No need to apologise, your work is voluntary and we're all really thankful that you do it, regardless of how long it takes you (well, unless it's a year late... that would be stretching it I think)!
Lu-G's run was so solid until lap 3, and it seemed that he lost most of the time on the first couple of turns. It's strange that in most other rMC3 runs I've seen it's never really seemed to be a case of lap 3 nerves at all.
