Not really. Actually, like you just did, people are just throwing arguments saying if it's possible or not without any evidence. I think I have been the only person to test it and AFTER THAT saying that it's not possible..
Don't take what I'm saying personally by the way, I'm answering to everybody that have done that.
Lukas wrote on 05/01/13 at 18:27:16:TAS Input on Dolphin emulator allows you to go outside the circle where GCN Controllers are limited. Wii Wheel's controls work within the square. So does TAS input. That means a Mushroom Gorge glitch TAS is possible.
That seems reasonable, but it's actually wrong.
TAS input allows you to go outside the circle limits, yeah, and in many games, that means having an advantage over GCN controller limits. But it doesn't seem to be the case in MKW.
I obviously tested to go outside of those limits, trying a full diagonal input, (as I said here: )
MKDasher wrote on 04/27/13 at 08:17:14:I set it on full diagonal, and it registered at 4 / 5
the game registered it as 4 / 5 anyway, meaning that, with TAS input controller its possible to set the GCN controller to a full diagonal position, but it will not be registered as such anyway, and that seems to be due to the way MKW reads inputs.
So, or that is right, and a new wiimote tas input is needed, or its wrong, and it would mean the current TAS input is just wrong and has to be redone, but anyway with the current TAS input its not possible to set full diagonal inputs.
