I don't know this guy, but I seem to remember that Keiichi, who maintains the mariokartwii.com Japanese Top 10 thread, mentioned several times that the Japanese community is suspicious of him because he's not a known player.

(Mind you, I'm not actually accusing him of anything shady here; it's perfectly possible that he's just a Dry Dry Ruins specialist. I just thought I should mention that he doesn't seem to have a history with the game to back him up.)

I was trying to look at Infi's inputs in his Dry Dry Ruins run, but for some reason, it seems like the record of his inputs is glitched. The D-Pad input in particular looks really weird and even downright impossible at certain points in the run (such as around the Lap 2 wall glitch). Also, the viewer continues to run past the finish time. Does anyone know the reason for this? I would imagine that it could be a problem with Maschell's site, but it still worries me a bit, because the only other time I remember seeing glitched out inputs like these was in Nooboss's Luigi Circuit run (which desynced because he was using rapid fire). Undecided

The wheelie input at 2:10 looks like it could very well be a use of rapid fire. (When landing in the basin in the tomb in Lap 2) Could someone open up his ghost in the hex and check the inputs for rapid fire?

His inputs are normal when viewing them with a hex editor. They are also normal on my input viewer so it must be a bug in Maschell's program.

Look at the third input column in the video. That is for D-pad inputs so it should only have values like "10", "20", "30", "40", or "0X". But in the video it starts to have random values like 63, 7E, 2F, 77, etc.
