Are we sure about the Jap MG time made on the 20th is legit? It's just the fact that it was made using a Player mii that arouses my suspicions, and that no-one has heard of him.

As for the other time made by Manchester, he appears on the Shroomless top ten thread on mkwii.com (he has a british flag but that's a mistake), and on the ww top ten too, so at least he's known.

Not really. Games, etc., are more part of their culture than in most countries, so they don't have to worry about being called stuff like "nerd", etc., at school, etc., so they play it a lot. Hell, slaving away for hours is even somewhat respected there, it seems. Grin

Most of the good Japanese players are mostly good at Nintendo games, though. Put them into something like COD or Halo and they suck.
