Changing D-pad isn't cheating, but it's not really fair either, I like the site, I don't care about obsessed karters that change D-pad, coz they were already better players then me at the time when they didn't Wink

standards need to be up here
more players should like the game, it's a great game..
sc charts and standards need to go up Cheesy

If there was a tickbox which showed whether a player had used ZZMT or not next to their time, that would be cool. I'm not strictly against ZZMT, but in my head it annoys me to think that someone may have stumbled across the site and say, looks at the LC 3-lap chart and reckons Pierre has a time quite a bit better than the next best player, when in reality they are playing two subtly (but importantly) different styles.

I just take an example to SMK, at GP 150cc mode. Look at here, for every PR we specify which items are used. So in MKSC we can specify which PRs are done with ZZMT, and only a tickbox is needed, as for proofs...

That's not very logical. This has nothing to do with charts. It's impossible to tell because of how the game is programmed. In order to know if someone ZZMT'd you'd need to know exactly how much time he spent sliding in each direction.

And these guys are trustful and can notice for each PR which of them are ZZMT or not. Or at least, another idea like a tickbox in World Records page, and notice somewhere what's the World Record without ZZMT...

Interesting answers. You got them both wrong. Tongue

In the first one, I pressed right for 49 frames, then left for 12 frames, and then released R. In the second one, I pressed left for 10 frames, then released the d-pad for 1 frame, then right for 61 frames, then left for 11 frames, and then released R. Without a pro-ZZMT d-pad, you need to press the same direction for a minimum of 61 frames to get an MT.
