Fabien and Giulio are very skilled, but I don't think they are ''allround'' enough.

Fabien - If anyone can do it right now, it's him.

Giulio - Doesn't really play a whole lot so it's hard to say if he will pass Thomas farther down the road.  He's got the skill but hasn't shown any interest in taking the crown recently.

Sascha - He's done with this shit, forget about it.  If he comes back from WoW that would be huge news.

Ben - He's been owning, it would really be something if he gets up near Fabien and Giulio.  Maybe closer to the top in the next year or so?  With all these WR's he has been getting, it is a good sign of progress.

Cole - Sure some skill here and there but I don't think he wants to take Thomas down, lol.

Someone Else - Who is to say BDash could not pass Thomas in WR tally?

No one - This game is too young to not have another World Champion.  Don't forget about the "prb" chart and the WR chart I have which has the real WR's anyways.

Elmore Vaal - I was sad to see Kelly Island lose the title for worst player in mkds.  Also a girl but she represented the USA.  Not even Drake Myers, new USA last place, could take out Elmore.  Their aveage finish is almost below 600!  No, she won't take down Thomas, even if she gets a crazy dutch smash pr virus.  This hasn't been Netherlands' game since Miguel stopped.

Anyone really. As much as I Like Thomas it's getting a bit boring seeing only his name on the charts, I'm sure he could do with a bit of a challenge.

Of course my votes go to Fabien, Giulio or Sascha. I also think Cole or Nick could do it.

Danzee or Fab, but I also voted Elmore Vaal for the heck of it.

I voted "No one". Even if someone comes closer to him, Thomas will play again and keep the advantage to his opponents for a long time...

Ben. I know I'm not a MKDS player, but I look on the site every day since Bryan joined.

Fabien has the potential to pass me, but he hasn't got enough self-confidence; when he loses a battle, it's as if he had lost the war.
Giulio would also be able to pass me for sure, but he doesn't seem so interested in the game at the moment.
Ben is doing really nice times at the moment, he's a bit like Nick and Fabien in their times, but this period will for sure have an end one day; I think he is only able to come closer at the moment, but I don't doubt he'll be a good contestant in a year.
Sascha has also got what it needs to be #1, but I absolutely don't know if he'll come back, and if he does so he won't be able to do what he did before (hiding secret WRs and submitting them quickly after having lost his pretended real WRs to disgust opponents) succesfully, it'll be a fair battle.
I can't see Cole becoming #1, he doesn't play so much and his better period seems over for the moment.
The Japanese players (Mercury, BDash, etc.) have the potential to do it, but they would need to play more tracks, without looking for a perfect run before stopping playing one of them.
Consequently, I'll vote for Fabien, Giulio and Other players (BDash and Mercury).

But of course, if someone is really trying to go for the crown, I'll fight although I don't have the motivation to play these days.

If I had to predict the future, I would imagine me keeping the title for some more months, before stopping playing MKDS and letting Giulio and Fabien fight for the title
