Tom Norton's vote shouldn't count if that's the case... He isn't a member of any mk site (was removed) and has under 50 posts (currently has 45)...

Look I know everyone here thinks I am Tom but I am not. We are like brothers and have interests in the same game. Changing my name to Falchion(Marths sword) I new would create suspicion and that was the whole point, if Milan never created the rumour about me and Tom then no one would care about my user name and it shouldn't be any different now. I don't care what people still think after this post because at the end of the day you've got no proof that I am him and even if you had the times on MKDS were still real and we showed videos so there would be no reason for anyone to hold a grudge against me.

I have no clue about what happened with the Karter contest 2k6 and it certainly wasn't mine or Toms fault.

So I will say this one last time...

Jordon, I dont know why you'd say on the General MB that there was an IP address conflict with your kartcontest vote if you were worried about your reputation. I came to you personally and didn't give your name to other people so that you wouldn't get attacked.

A note for everyone else : This has nothing to do with Tom Norton, he's not involved.

Explanation: Call the 2 karters in the contest match x and y.
Y got 1 more vote than X in the match. Jordon (Falchion) and another karter voted from the same IP address (several hours apart). They both voted for Y. Now, if i deleted both of their votes, X would win by 1. If i left both, Y would win by 1. If i made it 1 vote, they would tie. I wont go into the details of the situation about Jordon and the other karter and my evidence for why or why not they did some sort of cheating here, because it wouldn't be fair to them.

After consideration, I'll be treating the 2 votes for Y as 1 vote and so the match is tied. This seems like a logical conclusion from the evidence and it also seems fair just because the match shouldn't be decided either way by some potential cheating we cant be sure about.

The match will be reopened tonight when the Sully / Liem match is posted. You may change your vote if you like, but your vote will not be counted twice.

That 2nd vote couldn't of come from my pc, it was searched up and it is possible for the IP address to be the same if the person is living close.

another possiblity is if you have a wireless router broadcasting a wireless signal with no WEP (which is very stupid) someone could have tapped in and used your connection
