Just sending this on behalf of Jonathan Sifleet (SMK site), he has had problems logging in with his user name: TheManBiff

It said several times that user name or password incorrect and he checked it carefully. He tried to change password several times but it kept on doing the problem.

Please could someone look into this, thanks in advance.
