Yes, it's a 0"76 win on my previous PR which was not super LB friendly at all. But this is definitely a WR crash since the last LB was so strong that it ended beyond the two pipes and made me end the lap in a very weird way. Sad

Decided to play some MC1, my pr is 59"60 and I quite quickly got a 59"62 with a bad last lap so had a great ghost to race against. After fighting nip and took with the ghost I finally on the last lap managed to pull ahead by maybe 0"15 even with a really bad last corner, looked straight up to see what the time was and to my horror saw 48s ... I was only at the end of lap 4.

I've miscounted laps on rare occasion, though normally in games other than SMK. The speed of the music should be a giveaway as to whether or not you're on the last lap, but I guess you can get so wrapped up in the game that you don't even notice (or you play without the sound) Just be glad you didn't do this on GV1 after four successful platform jumps...
