Weather has been shit lately. Might buy a SP, I have enough money.
I also hit a 17"76 DP3. 3 NLC's, I might go for my first 3/5lap WR, I can get glitch quite consistently, but I mostly get stuck in the water. And how do you do the flap method with the AB spin?

Not bad, I felt lucky with 1 NLC but my driving has never been great.

I think if the angle isn't exact, you won't ricochet back to the grass. I always let off the gas when skipping over water, not sure if that helps staying buoyant longer. As for the flap, watch the best times in slow motion because all you have to do is shroom+hop+turn in the correct amount of frames. It can feel like dumb luck because you can get a skip quickly and other times nothing.

There's a method I fiddled with but never completed all 5 laps with (works on KB2, MC4 and DP1 as well) that involves using all 3 shrooms in rapid succession, 1 per lap, basically being parallel with the finish line (the physics for wall ramming laps get wonky when you add shrooms into the mix) and 2 shroomless laps. It works but is super hard. Works best on RDP3 though, idk why. I've failed 9"xx-10"xx runs there before.

It will only trigger when the angle is such that your kart sticks back across the line. The slower but easier method is to turn left after slamming into the wall.
