Realistically lap 6 at best was about 9'300 to prepare for the flap and then 8'610 was about the best i could hope for in a 7lap run (although i usually got 8'8 or worse on a good run)

Thanks Bo. My splits are a bit worse than yours, but you know im a machine im very constant in my laps

I think i can even get god 7 lap, like on LC with a good run. My best in race flap is 588 Roll Eyes

My best first lap is 688...633 sounds crazy to me...maybe its because i dont use the ssmt at the first mt on the straight. Without it im very constant in my laps...With it i make many mistakes.

We will see...today i was very close to hit a sensation 60Hz time Shocked

I always do it at the end of the spiral in a 1-1-0 or 0-1-1. (Depends what I feel like). For lap, both on the spiral.

Could maybe get a faster last lap (26'100) but then the splits are extremely maxed out at around 1'18'500. 0-2-0.
