I don't know if this has been found before, but... Use a zipper to boost onto the side (the jump pads lining the side). Instead of coming down on the track, land on the side again. You'll bounce, retaining your speed! Again, this may have been found before, but I haven't seen vids of this course, so... yeah.

Wow, wasn't the game released in September 2001?! So folks realized the potential for these huge hops basically right away.

I suck, so my strat is to hop onto the little strip with the row of boosts, then jump across the gap. Thats it. It works for me! The strat was discovered in the month the game was released? Woah!
