Did you really jump from >″707 to ″527? That shroomspot still looks like shit to me.

No idea how you cut all that time, the runs look practically identical. If anything Beta’s added hops should be faster…

Edit: One part where Beta probably lost a lot of time compared to you is right before the shroom, on the zipper. He just does a hop and steers a fuckton to the right to re-align. You do a proper hop+drift to re-align. But that doesn’t make a ″2 difference…

Lmao looking at TB’s old WR Polt almost looks faster. His run was utter garbage and only ″35 slower.

Yeah, didn't get a single .6, I had one 35.77x with a missed mt though in the last section that probably could have been a .5 as well.

Most of the time save comes just after the first rotating platform where I release the last mt faster and go to the left of the thwomp.

Strategy ideas:
1. Add MT at the start? Especially laps 2/3. Could try changing the snaking by adding an SSMT in the middle like MB maybe, idk.
2. At the zipper jump at the end, do the LC1 zipper strategy to charge an MT in the air. After the LMT, do a neutral hop, then hop into an RMT (Sascha drift). Watch the lap 1 TAS: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kd_fm1rF5SU&t=27
3. If 2 doesn’t work, have you tested not hopping from that zipper? The TAS doesn’t, but also adds many MTs.
4. On laps 1/2, cut less of the second-to-last turn and add an LMT instead of doing the empty drift maybe?
