Both clearly state you can't release a prb mt off road.
Quote:In order to create the most comfortable playing rules, the PRB glitch is allowed at the beginning of some races: if the best 'natural' racing line requires the player to perform miniturbos quickly enough that it will cause PRB, then it is allowed in that section of the race.
Not everyone has the same strat so when you try to mt quick as possible you may have prb upon reaching the flowers.
When I last revised the rules, I accounted for this on several tracks to standardize things.
SR: Prb-racing is not allowed to cut across the grass to reach the tunnel sooner, you can't release an MT offroad until prb has worn off.
DKP: Prb-racing may not be used to cut across the snow, you can't release an MT offroad until prb has worn off.
MC: Prb-racing may not be used to cut through the grass to the right of the first goomba. Prb may be used to cut through the sand on the first turn, after passing the goomba to the left, and grass clips on that straight are also allowed. If prb is still in effect when you reach the part where the piranhas are before the tunnel, you can't release an MT offroad until prb has worn off.
PG: Prb-racing may not be used to cut through flowers/grass, you can't release an MT offroad until prb has worn off.
DP1: Prb-racing may not be used to cut through the grass after the bridge. If prb is still in effect, you can't release an MT offroad until prb has worn off.
SG: Prb-racing may only be used up to and including the clouds next to the first rainbow colored ramp jump. After jumping over the gap, you may not release an MT until prb has worn off.I can't help it if people don't read things or ask questions if something is confusing.

I think it's easier to allow this than arbitrarily force people to slow down in order to lose prb before reaching the flowers. This also stays in line with how other tracks are treated.
If it makes things clearer include the part about if prb is still in effect for those other tracks or ban it entirely like LC2?
