If such a thing happened to me, everyone is crying. If shit happens to Abel, noone realizes. That's just not the way it should be...

If Timur gets Wr: Aah that's clearly illegal, I think you gain an unfair advantage
If Abel gets Wr: Whoa, awesome!

Don't get me wrong, I don't want to say it's not legal or anything, I just feel a bit "unfairly treated"...that's all. If you look at me that carefully, then do the same for everyone else.

It's not easy to spot these things. This is definately released offroad, so can't be considered legal.

But people, this is not a deliberate sabotage of the rules, this is by accident, so Abel should be considered unlucky, not a cheater. Timur, you were also unlucky that you just clipped the offroad before on your run. It's just such a shame that these rules can easily cause controversy.

That's my point. As I said, I wasn't attacking you or your run, I can see that it wasn't intended. I just wanted to point out that I'm the only one getting mentioned to do it. Thomas did it in his old DP1 3lap Sr, no one noticed. You did it in your run. No one noticed. I do it: Everyone is talking shit about it. That's just unfair Embarrassed

I can't help it if people are acting more butt hurt over your time.

Some of the non-prb rules are not perfect but the idea is to limit the amount of prb mt's. We mainly rely on trust for people submitting times to the non-prb charts. It's only with a video would we realize that someone may have released a prb mt offroad or passed to the right of the goomba. I'm pretty sure most of us here know you and Abel did not go out of your way to do this. When you try to get the best line possible, you may have to purposefully space your mt's out. This is why some players feel non-prb is unnatural but we stuck with these rules for over 5 years now. For the most part, there haven't been a lot of problems. When toppies or top 100 players post videos that break the rules, we are usually good about pointing them out since there are some avid youtube users here.

It's important that our charts and our records reflect the rules and guidelines we set forth.

I'm not too keen on changing the rules after all this time so the best solution is to just beat your times while obeying the rules.

Afterall, it's only fair to everyone else who made the effort to avoid the same thing.
