For the 0-shroomers, go left of the puddles at the beginning of laps 2 and 3 (you can see this strat in my live vid, though I'm sure Bolton will be able to do it better than I did to make it save more time).  For the flap, double hop around the last turn during the shroom to take it tighter (I haven't tried this strat because that's not where I shroom, but it seems like a pretty obvious strat).  Also, for both the flap and lap 3 of the 3lap, I think it's better to end with an LMT (see my live vid).

For WS I think I have understood the strat now, can do it in a quite regular way. I have homeworks to do so I will probably not be able to try total GOD today, but I am sure it's possible
And btw: 37"936 WS FLAP, another GOD

I got over a complete 1 pt AF cut from that WS strat  
1'59'8 (only hit it the two 0-shroom laps )

Ditto, we talked about it some months ago and I am certain this has happened to several if not all mkds players at one point or another on WS.

Not too big of a strat thing here but it does seem you reach the ground slightly quicker.  It reminds me of Giulio's bumper tactic on WP which got him the God time for the flap there.  Hard to do consistently but if you get a lucky run, who knows, you might get a much faster flap than usual.

Let me clarify, I was not referring to what FoxX did in his video.

If you go over the big hill as normal you can touch the zipper as you come down.

I think Pulsar got confused because I told him about touching the zipper at the top and thought this was the same thing, idk.
