Track Rules - FAQ :P
04/24/06 at 09:18:02

Hey,
I'm now starting this topic cause I'm confused Tongue
Thought the rules were made to make people play the game like Nintendo wanted us to.
But:
1st problem:
Riverside Park
No shrooming between the bricks, but you can use the thing bridge just after the jump.

Why not shrooming between the bricks? It's obviously a way that Nintendo wanted us to use. Well, I don't want you to change it, just want to understand the rules....

It's because there is no way to determine the difference between jumping through that gap, and using the water hopping trick to jump over the barriers.

I knew I will need this topic...

Cheese Land
No using the mice. Shrooming from the first jump and onto the bouncy square is allowed.

What? Tongue Someone here who has a vid of that track played by our rules?

Su has a good video:

If you can't land enough far, you can use a shroom before the first jump plate

Going back to those Cheese Land rules, what exactly does it mean to "use the mice"? I thought the mice only served to slow you down and make you spin out.

You can turn around the starting line, hit a mouse and crash into a wall (W/O ticking).
If you are enough lucky (or good) the game will count that as *THREE* laps.
Of course that is not allowed here.

Sky Garden rules...
Which one is the 1st jump then? the one where you can jump in a parallel line to the course? or is the 1st one that little gap on the course?
