Well, i have just talked with Hirano (Mander).
He wrote a message to Yahoo NG, i've contacted him and i've tried to explain our new rules.

I told him that no emulator are allowed as proof and he sent me this video:

it's a wonderful 34"63 on RR done on GBA SP.
I'm without words.

I ask the community to accept his time (at the moment only one, since he plays using ticking)
