you might want to cut down on the amount of stickies you have in here. I don't know if any of the threads have lost relevancy that are stickied, but it's a lot of threads and a little overwhelming.

Maybe combine the "Strategy and Rules Discussion" with "Information Relative to Character Speed", as that's kind of a section of strategy.

I took the time to watch his most recent time scroll video with his current profile and they match perfectly as far as I can tell. I am of the opinion that he should have a green check.

Shock: As long as there is proof of 10 times and they look good, go on ahead and green tick him (any times updater is able to do it). (Idk why, but 10 seems to be sufficient for me, unless stated otherwise.) If you need help with how to do it, let me know

I went ahead and watched about 12 of his videos. They're all very clear, high quality videos that show the same thing: Mario racing around tracks with very conservative lines and few screw-ups. Considering we have his YouTube and e-mail to contact him in the future about anything, he's posted a significant number of videos that exactly match his time sheet, and, after his times were incorrectly updated he wrote again in less than a day to correct it, I gave him a green check. Of course if there are any objections or he does anything that might cause doubt we can always remove it just as easily.

Of course For me, as long as everything looks legit and there is enough proof, then a green tick is fine. Obviously really strong times need to be proven and such, but in general, as long as there are more than just a couple vids, I'll leave it up to the individual updaters to determine if there is enough.

1) 10 videos of your current PRs. That's the base requirement for a green tick, but it isn't a guarantee. If you fulfill the requirement, it's probable you'll get the green tick, but if you only prove, say, your 10 worst times then obviously you don't get the tick.

2) I don't know for that one, you should ask Timur/TvK or maybe April for that, since they take care of awards.
