Both with Bowser. L1 19"96 (my 1st opener sub 20" ) L2 19"92 L3 19"92 1-lap can be better, but I have troubles with the last wall-ticking at last corner. I just don't know how doing a perfect LB when I'm turning to take the corner...

Even on GP 150cc I do all the Cups with Bowser.

I always used either Bowser or Luigi. Unless a specific track called for a specific character:

Luigi Circuit (DK)
Snow levels (Wario)
Broken Pier (Toad initially, because that shortcut was damn hard to pull 3/3. I ended up setting my best time with Bowser though)

Incidentally, I actually used Mario once, for a Ghost Valley 1 lap time of under seven seconds. That's one of my stranger records out there.

I did 6"90 this morning... Couldn't tape it, but I can explain my strat... I use the 1st shroom just when I start the lap, and at the same time I already begin to turn for the 1st corner ! When the 1st corner is passed, I use the 2nd shroom and I do a wall-ticking in the wall (for the 6"97 I hit the wall on the left, for the 6"90 I hit it on the right), the long-boost has to be active until the 3rd corner, where I launch the last shroom, to pass the bridge.
