Dear GodFather of SMK,
I personally think it's a mistake to make comparison between the GP and TT driving when you (we) have to make a decision about allowing or not allowing a strategy that apply in the Time Trial mode only and on a Time Trial site only.

I think we should only focus on TT, this is the first step for making cohesive decisions because I believe it's logical, and it's rational.
About this MC4 by ScouB, for me, there is no need to debate, I say yes for this strat, it's not destroying anything at all.
But now this is the big part, and I'm really sorry Karel but I have to talk about CI1 "SC"

I remember you guys talked multiple times about this in the past but can I please give you some opinions?! Karel I hear you; you just say 'yes', so let's go:
- Firstly, Sami I think it could be better, really better to ask ALL the people registered on your site by sending them an email or to ask them to come here or somewhere regarding if we will allow this or that in the future by making a general poll so the maximum people can put a vote by knowing the whole thing, also I mean that when only few people are debating about an important rule on the message board I consider it's unfair for all the other people who don't even know/are unaware of what is going on.
- Secondly, my point of view on CI1 is very simple, you (we) should allow this strategy but if not you (we) should remove totally the MC2 LB from your site, explanations with your current rules on MC2 and CI1 of your PP:
- TT MC2 LB: jumping over 4 walls* in a row by using only 1 bump: ALLOWED
- TT MC2 LB: by doing the LB you have a huge advantage regarding the maximum speed you reach and the 19 other tracks don't have: ALLOWED
- TT MC2 LB: part of the track of the normal race skipped by using the LB: HUGE AND ALLOWED
- TT CI1 "SC": jumping over only 1 wall by using only 1 bump: IT'S NOT ALLOWED
- TT CI1 "SC": by doing the SC there is no advantage about speed it's the same maximum speed as 19 tracks in total: IT'S NOT ALLOWED
- TT CI1 "SC": part of the track of the normal race skipped by using the SC: MINOR BUT IT'S NOT ALLOWED
Do you see what I mean

I really think it's either exaggerating to continue keeping MC2 LB this way or not fair to refuse this little shortcut of CI1 because yes it's REALLY NOT a huge SC like skipping half of the track, it's just a really tiny thing.

*on the MC2 normal race (non-NBT or NBT) you use obviously only 1 bump to jump over 2 walls.
*on the MC2 normal race (non-NBT or NBT) when you are doing the official MC2 SC implemented by Nintendo you use 1 bump to jump over 2 walls and then you use again the second bump to jump over 2 other walls, and this is the official SC strategy of MC2.
*on the MC2 LB race you are in fact using 1 and only 1 bump to jump over 4 walls in a row, and the 4th wall is one too many in my opinion when you don't even allow 1 bump/1 jump rule on CI1
