i grew as a karter i believe....though i will never be a top 50 player i still consider myself a reasonable driver

my average is getting towards the elite now  but there are  some courses wich seem to be impossible for me to even get to masterlevel

im talking about vl1,vl2,bc2 and bc3

i keep improving my times on all other courses but these 4 are sooooo hard for me i dont have a pattern or a clear way for myself to take the circuit

yeah i watched the videos of the pros but thats just as useless as watching the end times lol

take vl2 for exaple ...i consider it to be a good race if i dont hit more the 2 things per round haha

can anyone help me out a bit?
btw i drive pal (arno van den barselaar om smkplayerssite)

Hi fellow dutchie  Cheesy

On the VL's it might be a good idea to release gas at the hard parts (although one could argue all parts of VL are hard  Lips Sealed Tongue) to avoid crashing.
For example if you want to make it past the set of blocks on VL2 without touching one it's not a bad idea to release gas a few meters in front of it so you can aim better.

And on BC3...well what can I say..you are on your own  Grin
Seriously, if you keep crashing because you drive too fast and hit the first bumper (which throws you in the lava  Roll Eyes) either slow down a bit or be confident and jump over it manually with R Undecided

Try very difficult courses with Mario or Luigi if all else fails, it's easier to finish VL's with them anyway  Smiley

Are you getting the second ghost karter up for the VL's? They'll knock out the blocks, only found this out from sami the other day! haha

Yeah that might help on VL1, i think Seb Holmiere does it on his VL1 WR. Doesnt help too much though cos the blocks the ghost knocks out arent the ones you need knocked out, except for a few..

Otherwise all youl need is just time and practice at it looking at the videos, youl get better at it soon.

on the player select screen for time trials, use the 2nd controller to select a player. that'll be played by the computer and it can break blocks.
