This can't be a new idea, but I haven't seen it, I think: Ought we not to have a list of combined MK64 and MKDD rank points? Seems that more and more people will be listed in both games.
Alex is a certain #1 I guess, but after him? Fried?
Myself, I guess I'll be pretty far down, but anyway, here are my points:
MK64 ... 3.625
MKDD ... 13.906
Total ... 17.531

Of course they are different games, but I think many feel as I do; that they belong together. Hence this idea of a combined ranking. finn

So we ought to have that as well. finn

There's a topic about a combined all-mario-kart rankings page at General Discussion.

The topic went off topic by the end of page one. But it got revived later in page 2, when some interesting ideas were posted about creating a formula that would allow us to rank people together for 4 MK games, even if people only play 2 or 3 games instead of 4.
I don't know what happened to those ideas though...

Baking all four games into one list obviously poses some problems, and I know too little about the two older games to have a qualified opinion. But it really seems to me that a combined list for MK64 and MKDD, where you just simply add the ranking points, is pretty straight - and it might motivate more people to play both games. (Seeing Brent 0.8 ahead of me certainly made me think a little Wink

)
