I tried this the other day at a friend's house.  The battery compartment got in the way and I couldn't hold the controller properly.  So I was wondering, is there anyone high up in the rankings who uses a wavebird?

I don't know how you hold your controller but i think the wavebird is as comfy as any other and i wouldn't think about playing my cube without it. Those cords are to damn short and i play on a 36 inch tv so i have to sit a ways back.

I got one, but I left it at a buddy's house as an extra controller cuz we usually play there and one of his got screwed. Don't have any problems using it though, I just prefer my other one at home cuz I'm really used to it.
