hello, soory to all of you, some mouths ago a make a topic about MC1...then i got away for a long time...well, ...

i dont know if a have a ntsc or pal-m version, and ai dont play on other circuits, i play only in MC1...i see the records..the pal-m is 59.xx..really good, but i still thinking that my 1.00.73 was made in a pal-m version with NO BOOSTS...

i will make a video(when a have some time) and you will see...

heyyy...i see a Martin Morissette video of 59.xx and my play style is very equal...

Hi,

I think your time will be on NTSC. We have 1'00"99 on PAL without boost, believe me that took forever to reach. Other PAL players reached great times between 1'01"3x - 1'01"5x without a boost.

Martin plays NTSC yes, driving styles will look similar on NTSC between 59"9x and 1'00"7x. Just the tightness on each corner slightly differs.

I have spoken to Brazilian karters about this and they all play NTSC. And yes 1'00"80 is impossible on PAL. Sami

Reply #10 - 08/10/04 at 16:57:32 ah ok...PAL M TV system is similar to the NTSC M system. btw, only Brazil is PAL M, and Laos is PAL-M (50 Hz). this says france is SECAM, but still has the PAL bandwidth, so that's probably why it plays PAL systems. http://www.alkenmrs.com/video/standards.html
