"Nom d'utilisateur" -> nickname "adresse e-mail" -> e-mail "mot de passe" -> password "Confirmer le mot de passe" -> confirm password at the bottom click on "envoyer" -> send/confirm that should be ok.

But I'll give a short hint: The forum is a normal phpBB, just found any page using this forum and remember the URL to the register-script. This also works in the french forum!
