See if you can just rename it, or maybe use some drawing program that can save it as a .ico. I don't use a quick launch bar so I can't tell you any more info.

OK just tried loading the ico file in IE and it does indeed look weird. FireFox is a better browser though and is capable of doing a lot of things that IE isn't so that really isn't too suprising. This is just another reason why everyone should be using FireFox instead of IE... as if there weren't enough already (the ease of getting trojans and spyware because of IE's shell integration with windows, no built-in pop-up blocker, IE not being W3C friendly, etc.) but I digress.
