Actually i have decent times only on three circuits:
Peach Circuit
Sky Garden
Mario Circuit 1 extra track

I guess most people was bored by big number of glitches and by tree/wall ticking tecnique that make his previously efforts useless.
For me tree/wall ticking is not a problem, since, when i bought, the game this tecnique was public.
Only i hate glitches, because i think each section of a track has to be runned.

As it was defined:

SCs make use of the following:

-Using Lakitu in any way to advance you which includes, but not limited to, lap skips such as Shy Guy Beach and Riverside Park and also cutting large sections of track in which Lakitu places you farther ahead of where you jumped from such as Rainbow Road (extra).

-Jumping a part of the track that was clearly not intended to be jumped such as Bowser's Castle 3 (mksc) or Broken Pier.

-Special case SCs such as the Cheese Land and Choco Island 1 and 2.
