When playing Bowsers Castle on my 3lap it always seems that the last fireball thats shot at the SC won't let me by. If i can dodge it i can get a new PR of under 2"25 at least. Anyone have any tips on getting around it. If i hear Bowsers laugh after hitting the damn thing again im going to smash the console..That fucking smug ass dinosaur

BTW You need to beat the fireball on the 3rd lap to get 2'25
And you should have already figured out how to deal with this problem a long time ago cuz you need to beat the fireball on the first and second lap before you can worry about the 3rd  
And based on your other posts, if you can't beat it....I'm sure you can find another sc. In fact I think if you shroom down the stairs and clip the fireball on the left side you can jump the wall.....you should have under 2'00 in no time

Its very hard to take you seriously, when the first comment you make is about "shrooming on shrooms" and you don't even have any times submitted yet.  Plus, lets not forget the Rainbow Road crap you were talking about.

My experience with the game so far is this...there is an imaginary course boundary that exists above all exterieor walls of a course, thereby limiting shortcut possibilities.  The only shortcuts or glitches we've found are on places of courses that have no walls to begin with (The jump in WS or the Bridge in DDJ).  Your section of course on Rainbow Road has a boundary.  That is why I don't believe you.  If you are right and it really did happen... I apologize to you, especially because of my bluntness, however, I'm sorry to say, I don't believe you.

sorry matty, i reach the gap at around 2'07''500 i estimate i could be wrong and last time i hit it and it wasted at least 4 secs for me which i didnt do any MT's nor have any mushs for the rest of the race because i did not think i was going to beat my proir time after getting hit, i cant only imagine what the time will be if i can dodge the fire ball cleanly

I practiced BC a long time (haven't published them by now), so I know a way to 'beat' the fireballs in every situation. But you'll have to practice that:

While driving in front of the SC, you have to drive from the right to left side without presing R. Everyone should think you'd want to hit the corner left to the SC. But before hitting the wall you have to press R for sliding. By pressing R and left you will fly around the fireball over the SC.

But you'll have to practice that!

I just ran BC.  There is no fireball within 3 seconds of 2'07"500.  If you hit the one before it... you should be running about 2'18.  If you hit the one after it, you should be running about 2'27.  Someone correct me if I'm wrong here.
