I found out a long time ago when i wanted to see how my times compared to SMK and MK64. As usual my times were crap and at the time i didn't bother submmitting them and now i can't even find my cartridges. Then when MKSC I was going to submit my times when I saw the damn thign hasnt been updated for time so i nevr bothered. Then...MKDD thats when i got capture equipment and everything just to compete. Smiley
Now I'm doing well and i'm glad i found the site coz u gain lots of valuabel info here.

Edit: Can't be assed to sort spelling mistkaes out so sorry if u dont undersatnd it.

I was online looking for the times of the course ghosts because my "lofty" goal was to beat all of them, and then I found this site and thought for sure that you were all a bunch of liars with times that beat the course ghosts by 5 or even 6 seconds!!!  Wow... things have changed since then.

I found this site after looking at a MKDD FAQ at GameFAQS because I was trying to find out the staff ghost times.  The FAQ mentioned this site when it was listing world records for each track.

It goes (from hardest to easiest): NTSC -> Gallo NTSC -> Australian PAL -> English/Irish PAL -> Dutch PAL. Everyone knows that.

We're the top google hit for "MKDD". Maybe soon we'll be on top for "Mario Kart Double Dash" as well.

I was searching for info and tips. Then I found this site - unbelievable times Shocked (At that time I still couldn't beat the staff ghosts).
Then, after working on my times for a week and sending them into yahoo groups, the site gets shut down Sad
And I gotta say: It was great to see it back up cuz there's no other site like it Wink

I didn't believe the times either Shocked   Thought that it was like MK64 with PAL & NTSC versions so was trying to convert in hope that my times were closer: no such luck Angry!

Just googled to get it i think

I believe we're also the top google hit for "mario kart double dash time trials" or "mario kart double dash records"

Edit: we're #3 for "mario kart double dash records" but the #1 hit has nothing to do with mkdd records and the #2 site is linked directly to us.  Smiley

Nice name dropping there Jon  Wink

I'd probably rather be known as Iain Havard (Super Monkey Ball Player) though  Tongue

Anyways, I found this site when it first started up, i've been visiting the MK64 site for a few years now
