Ok, I also managed to "translate" the pages. I got it to work after doing some really complicated stuff on the translation site
www.worldlingo.com. I only managed to translate the numbers though. I still can't read any text on the site. But the numbers are most important of course

.
These are records on that site:
Non-shortcut:
LR: 1'38"32 31"89 (same person)
MMF: 1'16"20 24"81
KTB: 1'22"13 27"30
KD: 1'47"30 33"32
TT: 2'32"74 50"92
FS: 1'43"27 34"55
CM: 1'39"82 33"27
MR: 1'14"84 24"81
WS: 3'48"16 1'15"91
SL: 1'40"35 33"35
RRa: 2'26"05 48"71
BC: 1'52"98 37"38
DKP: 1'58"16 39"85
YV: 1'36"71 30"78
BB: 1'47"57 35"86
RRd: 5'03"49 1'42"59
Shortcut:
LR: 1'22"95 23"64
MR: 48"20
FS: 22"80 5"52
TT: 1'36"14 30"38
CM: 1'18"61 23"46
WS: 5"96 4"90 (2nd place 3lap: 18"41)
RRa: 1'45"33 34"92
DKP: 28"20 4"91
YV: 29"20 9"30
RRd: 3'49"85 1'17"28
Note that the 3laps and flaps were mostly done by different players, because not all japanese players play fastlaps.
So, in non-shortcut the only really good time was LR. The 2nd ranked time there was 1'39"19 and the 3rd ranked time was 1'39"9x). So, it's a bit strange that they only have one fast time. Wonder what kind of proof they use.
The other strange thing is in the shortcut records:
MR SC 3lap 48"20 and WS SC 3lap 5"96. Those times were done by the webmaster of this japanese MK64 website that I used to visit 3 years ago:
http://www.cmo.jp/users/noppe/I just e-mailed him to ask how he got those times.
On most tracks there are around 5-10 players with times. All those times were set in the past 6 months. So, it seems they're actively playing this game now.
