What do you always compare mkdd with mk64?
Both games are completly different.
On mk64 we have thousand of SCs and lots of them cut all the track and require pure luck, and on mkdd we just have one sc that cuts just 2 seconds and is not difficult to get used and it doesn't need luck, IF it will happen to appear new SCs on mkdd (mainly SCs that cuts lots of time and need luck), then we could separate and make it like mk64, but I don't think it would never happen.
