Hello everyone. Great site! I just have some questions.

Question #1: is the deadline for 1st/8th/15th/22nd Month Updates based on 12:00am UTC+0 or 12:00am of the Updater's timezone?

I heard the Updater is in Sydney Australia which is apparently 10 hours ahead of UTC+0 https://www.worldtimebuddy.com/australia-sydney-to-utc

Question #2: are 32/32 videos needed for the green video proof check? Or is it just for videos of a player's best times?

I think you've already thought about the deadline and timezone more than I have. Usually what happens is people send their scores on the final day. I'll update what I see unless I'm a bit late (like today) and then I'll stop accepting times that are "too far" beyond the 1/8/15/22 date of my timezone, but there's no formula or equation for what I feel is too far. Your scores will get updated either way; whether it's this week or next week doesn't really matter in the scheme of the universe.

A few videos of best times will be enough for green tick. Basically any track that showcases skill (not Baby Park).

Alright, so the deadline was less strict than I thought it was. Nice.

6-8 months if they are talented, live a low-stress life and spend at least 15-20 hours a week playing the game.

I don't think anyone within the top 100 is playing on emulator and I feel like that's fine for me. I don't think enough emulator differences exist (if there are any) for us to not allow people outside top 100 to compete. Maybe we should establish a hard cut off though just so there isn't any confusion as to when emulator isn't allowed anymore?
