Now that we have the Times Updates thread, are you going to turn off the ability to send new messages to the Y! group so they won't end up in two places?

Can you set the group to auto-respond to posters that they need to submit the times to the thread instead?

Or will you continue monitoring the group messages via email even after the web UI is removed?

If posting via email to the Y! group will not be allowed anymore, I will remove the old submission emailer from http://snorge.wrvids.com/mkdd/, because all it does is send emails to the group.

Another highly requested feature would be new standards since some standards are either incredibly difficult to hit or impossible (i.e G+10 RR 3lap, DKM 3lap, WS flap, SL) and there's a couple that are far easier to obtain due to better understanding of A-tech and newer strats like in BP. The new standards  doesn't necessarily have to replace the current one, but having it on the site as an additionally thing to look at, similar to MK64's Halford Standards, would be cool. I would of course help out with the creation of these standards, I had worked on around half of the list earlier last year, but never finished it. However if given the thumbs up I'll finalize all the standards and consult with the other top players to see if they agree with the standards created.  

The very best value for your money to encourage people to go for a faster time on a course is setting up an arbitrary goalpost that is "not humanly possible".....that's why they're called "God +", after all.

I think the social contact values will be empty for most people. Your profile might have all 3 populated but majority won't have any and it will look bad to have 3 Unknowns. Even now there's only 77 out of 1402 players with something written in their Extra Info. I think a simple solution is just to rename the "Extra Info" to "Web link" and let you choose which of your social medias you want to reference there -- just one rather than multiple. Most people will still be Unknown, but that's okay since it's only one value rather than half of all values. Your "alias" should be kind of obvious from the link, too, I presume. Like, how many aliases can a person have. In your case, the twitch link makes it obvious.

Standards, don't really have much feedback since I haven't played since 2004, but it's easy to update them and change them. All you do is send me a CSV file or, if there's only a few changes, just point out the specific cells to change. Would help if you have the backing of several top players first and maybe come up with the new ones together.

Yeah I like the web link idea, if people were interested in something more, usually people have their other information on their twitch or whatever link they decide to use anyways. But if it'd be possible to do what hahaae mentioned, that would be an interesting idea too. Also, Mike, Liam, Rebecca, Jacob and others are currently helping me out in creating the list of standards. If everything goes as planned we should have it done by sometime next week.

Yeah just email me or message me on the forum. It's because I'm an authoritarian dictator and there's no controls for you to do anything without me. (Also because most of the site was coded 15+ years ago and I don't have the free time to change it too drastically.)
