Is this in Time Trial mode? It has to be NTSC, but still that is a very fast time. Send all of your records (courses and fastlaps for every track) along with your full name, character used and country name to supermariokart@yahoogroups.com and you will be made a member.

Note:   You must be playing on a Super Nintendo, not on an emulator. And as stated, Time Trial mode only.
