Over the moon with this one, I wanted sub 1 min and totally destroyed my goal. Very very annoyingly, I got the time 1min before my GBA died. I got the time while on a coach back from hold and so had just spent a min faffing about to get good lighting for a vid Sad

Oh well, I beat one of Mick's old nonzzmt 3lap times that I thought I'd never beat, and another 3lap GOD in the process too

Tested RMC1 to see how I progressed with my ZZMT techniques, and I destroyed my 5lap PR :

46"78 -> 45"46
#20 -> #9
Hero A -> Myth E

I still don't do the WR strat so that's a decent time for me, when you consider I couldn't even beat my non-ZZMT time back when I first modded my console. I should be able to improve most of my 3/5lap PRs now.

! You should be able to go sub 45 with the WR strat, it's actually about the shrooms and the big sand cut where you can lose the most time. But apart from that, it's really nice.

Also, new records for me. I messed around with the DP1 no lapskip SC and suddenly beat the WR by 0"02. But... the more important thing is: Inbetween that I noticed that DK might be better for rDP1. So far we are not 100% sure, but a new WR by Andy and a pretty solid sub 57 from me shows that he got a lot potential. Best splits would give me low 56...

rDP1: 56"73 (GOD, #2)
flap: 9"33 (GOD, #5)
rDP1 0-shroom Opener (WR?) with DK: 11"80

And last but not least: rCI1 flap: 4"87 (GOD, #5)

GOD #70! only 10 more for overall GOD...

Well, DK certainly works

RDP1 1'02"61 → 1'02"45 / 10"26 → 10"11

Came within "10 of my PR on the 2nd attempt, then beat it in a few more goes. Smashed my flap to bits with what feels like a sub-optimal strat (using shrooms just after start line, across the bend after the bridge and then over the finish line).

Very interesting...

Stefan, you should really consider watching WR videos. Using the optimal strats, even if they seem hard to perform, are better than using own strats. Ofc ZZMT strats are different, but shroomspots should at least be the same. The flap could probably go down to sub 10 if you did the correct shroomstrat! Go for it

Also, just got this. It's something special for me, as I never really understood the mechanics and it's considered as one of the harder GODs of MKSC:

SW 3lap: 1'01"28 (GOD, #2) Splits: 20"55, "33, "40.

GOD #71, German Record #46. Also hit the sub 1 ARR with this PR, I am the second person to do this, feels good
