Laclan gave me an excuse to play this track again, since he had beaten my 3lap. Not satisfied with these obviously, since Nosey is right ahead of me on the 3lap and I want the sub-20" on the flap.

All this does is break the 4-way #5 tie.   I think it was with Bowser again.

Watercut really isn't much of a problem; just aim it to the left, and then start going to the right once you're in the middle of the water. I too used to have a big problem with not making it until I realized that going to the left then right is much easier. Have you tried incorporating the waterslide at the end?

Yeah, I took a few hours to get used to the shroom, but then after not touching the track for about half a year, I did quite a few times in GP speedruns, and I haven't failed it once. Just watch videos and point in the exact same directions, and it'll be really easy.
There's not too much need to do the waterslide yet, you can still cut off a bit more with general driving before it'll be worth doing.

I originally got 49"03 last night, then got this after two hours this morning. My aim was 48"80, but I've completely lost my mojo now after one more hour, my hands ache so bad.
Best splits are: 9"85, 9"25, 9"25, 10"06, 10"06 = 48"47. Gatchan's run is just otherworldly if it's non-zzmt, much like Kevin Black's RBC3.

Congratz Dan, glad you finally got a decent time on this track!

Best splits are 14"11, 13"95, 13"95, 14"78, 14"78 = 1'11"57, but this course is frustrating!
Not sure if I mentioned, but I finally sort of got the hang of RGV1 flap a while ago and got 7"15, and just subbed minute on RMC2 finally, but still got loooads of room to improve.

It seems playing my weaker tracks rather than rDP3 yields results more quickly...

Started with the flap because I had to get rid of Fabien's win on me. Forced myself to use the proper shroomspots this time. Third shroom was very meh, but it paid off in the end (that and finally using gas release with shrooms  ). I have a vid because it's a Top 20, but it's not that great. 5lap is alright, I dislike the shroom and can't manage to force myself into the necessary imputs for the bumper follow-up, so I just brake instead. Would have liked to sub for the Titan, might still go for it. Both are wins on Nosey, flap is Titan #19.

.5625 AF cut, should (finally!) get me past #27 Cole Gilbert. I should also get promoted to Hero C.
