121 kn just stopped uploading to his channel for no real reason.
From my understanding, his videos didn't gain any popularity until he stopped uploading. Probably because of the weird titles. When they did start gaining popularity, it wasn't even because Mario Kart players liked how he played it was just because youtube decided to promote his videos a ton (especially ! ?)

Does anybody know what happened to him?

Granted, this happened 5 years ago so it is probably safe to say that he is not coming back.
