It's not the easiest decision.

Nt Roa: Has cut many AF and came a lot closer to the #1 spot. But the AF cut is also because his tracks were pretty low ranked. The proofs of his records for the quarter are meh.

EndoMK: Has cut around the double amount of AF. But Endo was active the whole quarter and he's showing most of his runs.

NovaMK: Did very impressive as well. His TC and MC WR are outstanding. Proof status for this quarter is fine for me as well.
