Question 1: What is the rationale behind the WR combo for RIW?

The wr combo for RIW is koopa clown/barrel train, mushroom wheels, and any glider. The rationale for this is the kart and wheels make handling and execution of the gap shortcut much easier. It allows for much tighter lines and doesn't lose much speed either. It may take some practice to get used to this combo, but is very rewarding. [smiley=thumbsup.gif]

I see stuff on this forum about doing straight-stretch mini turbos. Why do you do just one of those instead of MKWii style kart snaking

No, I'm not talking about MKDS snaking, that is way too different
