Hey everyone and welcome to the official™ review™ of MKDD2016. Lots of things have changed this year and now it's time to look back on them :)

Activity
First of all, let's start with the most obvious change: There’s a lot more activity.
Compared to 2014, and most of 2015, 2016 really "revived" MKDD Time Trialing again.

More people are joining, and more people are staying active. That brings me to the activity in the leaderboards.

Leaderboards
The top 10 has had some massive changes. For the first time in 6 years the top 10 got not one, but two new players. And if that wasn’t enough, Richard got beaten by Andrew, becoming the new world champion.
There also have been new strats and world records. Of course the most famous new strat being the new Baby Park flap strat, shaking up the entire scene and bringing back legends like Paul for example.

2016 Goals

Unfortunately I still haven't reached the 0'27 FLap on MaC. Maybe this year ;)

Actually I did turn on my GC in 2016, although I didn't play any MKDD time trials. Maybe that should be my goal for 2017 ;)

If it's anything like last year, people will make their goals too easy and accomplish them within 2 months. Up the anti!! Take what you think is a reasonable goal and make it twice as hard.
