Only 1 vote per person, no guest votes, and please only vote if you played MKSC sometime in 2015. Nominees, please do not vote.

It's that time again. Before discussion about the nominees though, I want to list the Honorable Mentions:

Leyla Hasso, for cutting nearly 70 AF points and flying into the top 100.

Stefan Glosby, for being our most consistent PRing player again and for cutting a nice 10 AF points, bringing himself comfortably within the top 40.

Ben Stoneman, for a solid 23.5 AF cut this year.

Daniel Pabst, for joining the top 10.

Ethan McCormac earns a plain, regular Mention for his WR activity, including tying Seb's RR WR this year.

Now, some brief statements about the nominees (this and the poll are sorted by alphabetical order):

Andy Lundeen is running for ~~mayor~~ POY again for the 5th time in a row. This time, it's due to getting 80/80 Gods, for scoring/improving 45 WRs, and for continuing maintenance on the formidable gap between #1 and everyone else on the non-SC charts.

Christian Wild has been nominated again as well. He knocked off an AF point this year, translating to about a 30% AF cut; tough to do so high up the ladder. He also scored/improved 14 WRs, keeping Andy honest and alert.

Robert Szabo is here this year for being our SC champ and for the spirit he's brought to the game. Be that backwards racing, nabbing coins in GP, or every so often pulling off a PR in both the SC or non-SC categories. He also wrote up the SC standards, awarded the 2014 non-POY awards, gathered stats on various occasions, and has generally been active and helpful for the MKSC site all year.

So there you have them. Thanks to Etch for gathering AF cuts and various stats to help with nomination decisions, and blame Lafungo that I'm posting this, a nominee, awkwardly, because he's too lazy to do anything. hu3hu3hu3

(Note: you can change your vote at any time, results will not be shown until the poll closes, which will be February 14th at evening EST. A bit before whenever Lafungo goes to bed that day basically.)

By the way, the whole "only people who've played MKSC" thing is/was so that votes hopefully mainly come from people who've been a part of the MKSC community and have been following the activity. If you haven't played, but you've been a consistent spectator or fan, feel free to vote.

Compared to the year before, I did squat stat wise but thanks for the mention. I can't vote either so shout outs to Dan and Chris for big cuts and Shock picking up the last few Gods!

Holy shit, that is a lot of support... Thanks everyone. I'm blown away by the thought of winning this prestigious title 5 years in a row.

Here's to another year of karting, and hopefully the activity from old faces like Web, new faces like Jazzy, and consistent faces like Glosby keep things interesting!

Congrats on the win Shock! I would have voted for you but I hadn't followed MKSC much this year so I didn't feel informed enough to vote. Looks like it didn't matter anyway. ;D

I'll try to keep my old face active through 2016 and see how high I can climb.
