when posting times, name the course and flap time (naming the player is optional)

Edit: Nintendo made bad decisions and made 'Flaps' disappear.

While that comes off a little harsh, it is true that flaps aren't really a part of the MK8 game.

If you're set on making a table though, fill it out with the best splits from the WR History site as starting times.

It's probably really shit, but I had a 7.894 on Baby Park when I tried the DLC after it came out, at least it's a marker if you care for flaps.
