I requested a color name about 2 years ago and have yet to receive one. And I mean permanently coloring my name to a color like Red or light Blue.

Big difference between crip blue and blood red. You can't give those two as your request options. That's two totally different sides of the spectrum, complete opposites Jaws, can't have it both ways. I have experimented lots. I've experimented with eating cooked foods, for example!
